He had been frozen in the Frigid Floes in hopes to stem the disease. This failed, and he has returned with the spirits of his lost clanmates whispering in his ears.

Pandemic's name is so fitting, especially for his lore! I love the way his apparel stacks/layers onto his skincent - the Icicle chains look like they're being held by one of his heads, and thematically speaking it fits in with how he was immured/frozen alive as a sacrifice, only for it to fail and for him to return from the dead, forever frozen over thanks to the way he died! Just, goodness me, Pandemic is utterly beautiful and I'd love to see more of this boy. Is he cold and brooding? Emotionless? Either way, he's perfect!
