Immanence

an innate knowledge of all things magical rests within her and with that latent knowledge comes power unimaginable. rare is a dragon who knows of the magic veins that swirl through the air, earth, water and life that make up the natural world, and rarer still is the dragon who has mastered the ability to tap these veins, to draw their power on a whim and command it as their own.

immanence is one such dragon.

or, at least, she has every ounce of potential to be.

she can sense the magic that entwines itself with the corporeal world, can detect it through her sense, but she cannot grasp, not yet. magic is a fog that blankets the world and though she knows of it and can see it, feel it, taste it, she cannot grab hold and wield it.

tirelessly she works on harnessing this power. drawing mighty gales from her breath, steadfast earth from her form, great waves from her tears, and unyielding blazes from her heart. she cannot do much yet, no, her power is limited.

but dormant within her soul is limitless potential, and she knows it.
