A Shadow dragon with a penchant for appearing when his presence is unexpected, much to Faryelle's delight at the surprise. Running low on supplies? The trader is here to help, willing to deal in treasure or trade. Niivorn tailors his stock to where he appears to sell his wares. Some places are known to draw novices who fail to prepare, and appreciate a new weapon or shield. Potions are a staple anywhere. A scorpion's nest? Here's some antivenom. Camping somewhere with a rat problem? You might need extra provisions.

Naturally, there is only so much adventurers can stand to carry with them. So Niivorn, while refusing completely useless junk, can find himself in possession of some of the odd and curious things that may be found in such places. Sold by adventurers to make room for greater treasures yet to be found.

The Nocturne is inclined to mimic death when attempting to defend himself, or surprise non-hostiles with the revelation he isn't.

Sometimes trades with Olvaldi's caravan.
