ooooThe daughter of Cencha and Dintris, Genida was the very first to be born and inducted into the clan. She is the oldest by a few hours, and shares the same birthdate as her younger brother Iftin. She looks and acts very similar to her mother with her thistle coat and early interest in authority. When she was a hatchling, she liked to play with Iftin, but never roughly. She acted very over protective if anything even so much as touched him without her knowing first.

____As one of the very first members of the clan, Genida has been with the group through thick and thin. She has grown into a position where she maintains organization amongst new arrivals, a job she holds very close to her heart. She has a very significant amount of pull when it comes to evaluating a dragon before they are cleared to enter the clan. Although Cencha does consider it acceptable for anyone to join, Genida likes to double and triple check backgrounds and keep a watchful eye for the first few weeks while the new member is adjusting. There has never been an escalating problem under her watch.

____Working as a clan inductor has had a significant affect on her. Genida is far from cold, but she has the ability to retain an unbiased view on any situation that calls for her experience. Meeting new dragons from all over has also granted her prime social skills that work wonderfully with her versatile character.

____She, Iftin, and Nisco are inseparable and do everything together: training, hunting, scavenging, you name it. Genida considers Nisco her own brother. She has taken a cue from her father and is working on toning her muscles and offensive skills. Since Genida was a part of the first group of dragons to support the clan’s build and expansion, she is bonded to many of the hatchlings that were introduced early on: Linirtine, Ensost, and Etstra in particular. She used to tease Nisco about his crush on Linirtine, and the Skydancer remains convinced that is where her daughter Rimiamint inherited her love of award-winning taunting. She and Ensost became good friends, and even better mates. They have three hatchlings; Anniki, Absii, and Kolfoem.

____Physically, she inherited her father's powerful strength, while her brother was gifted with a more promising magical defense. Genida is one of the clan's most important fighters; her long flight feathers allow her to be swift and solid when striking an enemy. Her sword (currently with Palifret) is more for show than anything, but she can utilize it fairly well if need be. It is more of a display of authority than a perfect weapon.

____She likes to collect scarves. Yes, you can borrow one, but you better have collateral.
