Missy came to the clan as a child. She was unwanted by her parents (who later left to go serve the Plaguebringer), and when Cree took her in, she grew fond of the fae. When Escava left the clan, Missy watched as Cree's mental state slowly worsened to the point she gave up on her duties of taking care of the clan. She saw a role that needed to be filled and she took it, without much of a fight from Cree.

Under new management, the clan moved from Arcane to Lightning, and it grew and grew. Many in the clan would say that Missy's takeover was the best thing for the clan, though a few dragons still miss the more lighthearted leadership from Cree. One thing is certain: Missy would never give up the title without a fight.
