-born in the arcane territory but raised in the plague lands, Maxwell rejects his arcane roots and his loyalty lies solely with The Plaguebringer
-While small in stature, Maxwell alone is a force to be reckoned with and his powerful allies make any dragon think twice about crossing him. Physically he isn't capable of much, but smart colony members don't dare question his authority
-dissatisfied with the established power structures surrounding him, Maxwell set to work creating his own clan free from the political trappings of the wider world
-Maxwell is a fair and just leader, but has no tolerance for troublemakers or dragons who can't pull their weight, everyone must contribute to the colony in some way or be left at the mercy of the abiding boneyard.
-very hands-on with his leadership, he makes a point to get to know every member of his colony and contribute any way he can
-Is rarely seen without his adviser Chirithy close by
