Icon of Ginger, an orange Wind wildclaw

- Excels at flying, even without her magic. Using magic, though, she's quite the force to contend with. Despite this, running was always her favourite sport as a hatchling.
- Incredibly proud, and firmly believes that she, in a sense, pulled herself up by her bootstraps feathers, nevermind the assistance of her close 'friend', Chango. She did the majority of the whole 'appearing in public' thing, so most of the credit 'should have', and has, gone to her. Ginger simply can't fathom why Chango would think otherwise. The fruit all bear Ginger's label - why would it ever be different?

A cheerful wind dragon who, if anything, is better suited for nature. The Cetus-spine City's land, despite being unusually easy to live on for the Scarred Wasteland, is still not the best for growing edible, healthy food. Ginger here takes this as a challenge. While, like any city, much of the food is imported from elsewhere, Ginger is the main source of more 'local' fruits. Surprisingly resistant, and not quite tasting normal, (though certainly orange-ish) but her oranges have their own delicious taste to them. She doesn't just grow oranges, simply being best known for them. Contrasting with the heart of the city all around her, her orchards are, she'd even say, some of the best in the land. And it's doubted that she'll leave any time soon - there's just as much demand for her fruits out of the city than in it, and by now she has a team of dragons helping her.

Doesn't have the wanderlust of most wind dragons anymore - she's decided that she's settled here now - but she still has that absurdly cheerful "Let's go fly out in a storm and experience all the everyday wonders of our home!" attitude of the stereotypical wind dragon.
Ethiera wrote on 2017-04-04:
Ginger is that one dragon who just popped up in the clan one day, and no one questioned it whatsoever. Despite being a meat-eater by breed, she found her true passion in fruits, and tends an orange grove in the heart of the clan's territory. Her orchard feeds the clan's plant-eaters, and what they don't eat, she sells to make them a little extra coin. The first sign of her presence is a strong citrus tang, followed by an eager orange Wildclaw insisting that you sample her latest crop of blood orange. "No, of course it doesn't have actual blood, it's just a name!"
lore by Ethiera, fun fact this is indeed the basic bit of lore that came before ginger's other lore, her current lore is just. this, expanded to fit the current setting
