Biography
TO BE EDITED
[nextcol]Although the founders of the Moondancer Clan are Ayax and Layca, the leaders are Vauvenal, Ange and Luma. All of them are brave warriors and protective of the clan while being connected by an impenetrable bond. Still, they all have their own history.
Vauvenal has already seen a lot for her young age. She's experienced happiness, friendship and love, but has also been challenged by darkness, fear and hatred, all things she had to overcome. It has been a long and hard struggle for her, and the scars engraved in her body will be an eternal reminder of the darkest times in her life. Her sky-blue wings have carried her through everything, though, and her safest, happiest place had been in the silence among the clouds where she had nothing to fear and nothing to worry about.
But one day, her life had taken a turn in a direction she had never expected to come. A Guardian had appeared near her small cave she'd called home. The new dragon had not been agressive in the slightest, just ... watching. Existing next to her. As Vauvenal had made sure he didn't smell of danger, she finally approached him, looking the much larger creature up and down.
"... you've been here for a while," she'd said, unsure of her own words.
The scales around the Guardian's mouth had contorted into a smile. "You too." The voice of the other dragon had been rumbling and gentle, a bit hoarse maybe, but it had awoken a fire in Vauvenal's heart - one she'd not been able to extinguish. The other words they'd exchanged had gotten less and less important until it had been only their companionship what had mattered. And one fateful night, when they'd been lying tightly next to each other, Ange's big, leathery wing around Vauvenal's shoulders, she'd whispered a single sentence. "I love you." Not daring to look her new companion in the eye, she'd looked to the ground, ears perked to not miss any sound the other might make.
The only thing she'd heard was the warm, rumbly voice that had said: "It's a good thing you said it. That means I don't have to."
The night had been silent from then on, both of them enjoying that a stranger had turned into a companion, a friend, a mate.[nextcol]
