THE LIFE WHICH WASN'T
  • Hatched from a Shadow egg found in the Ghostlight Ruins

The clan was wary about venturing into the Ghostlight Ruins and even more hesitant about taking home the egg they stumbled across, unsure what would emerge when it hatched. Compassion won out over common sense and the jury is still out over whether it was, at the end of the day, the right decision.

The Fae hatchling was an oddity. His colours shifted and often it seemed as if he was barely there, easy to forget, and only makes an impression these days because of his shift to a Skydancer. After their experience with Nocturnes, several of the clan dragons wondered if that might be Ghostlight's true breed, but they have no conclusive evidence thus far. Most of them ignore him, which he appears to be content with, happy to drift around the lair on his lonesome.

Not all dragons are worried by Ghostlight's occasional colour and shape changes. Some of them welcome a break from the eye-burning magenta he often favours.
