It was raining the evening that Keiko found Fizz. Far from the Sunbeam Ruins that would have made her home, a wild-child fledgling dragon was trying to make her way, hunting for her next meal. She had no home, no family, but only a rumbling belly and a ton of inexperience in the world. When Fizz looked at Keiko for the first time she found a familiarity in the other Nocturne’s similar amber gaze and for a moment, she felt at home. Keiko had many children, but generously adopted Fizz into her already large family and furthermore raising the young dragon to become a great leader of her own. Maybe it was a sign of kindred spirituality, but Fizz felt a very genuine and caring love from Keiko at all times, which was paramount in finding her home amongst the clan.
Not all was sunny in paradise, however, as some of Keiko’s children were jealous of all the attention that she gave her. She wore fair, delicate silks that Keiko outfitted her in, and jewelry that was gifted to her. As a result, Fizz had somewhat of an uppity, self-important reputation, although she was nothing of the sort. What others knew that she didn’t, however, was that Keiko had plans to take her under her wing as the future matriarch, which stirred more jealousy amongst Keiko’s biological children.
Fizz’s relationship with the rest of the clan is much less strained, as many of the clan members look up to her for guidance. Despite the rumours circulating about her, she keeps her head held high and actively tries to disprove them by practising the kindness and care that Keiko exemplifies every day. Fizz is very loyal to the people in her clan and truly feels at home with them.
