The first dragon entirely born and raised in Bird Of Paradise, Poinsettia is the quintessential member: loud, colorful, sometimes obnoxious, but ultimately well-intentioned.

 		Fennel - now known as Bane - is Poinsettia's pride and joy. Growing up without a mother, she's funneled all her ideas of what the ideal relationship would look like into her son.

The result is that he takes after her instead of Dusk, and while they may occasionally have the loud, dramatic fights one would expect from two flamboyant spirals, they always make up. Now that he's moved out and joined The Wolves, she's prouder than ever, sharing his letters around and gushing about how her son gets to run around in costume, and ooo aren't his adventures so daring?!

 		Dusk is Poinsettia's soft-spoken husband, seeming even more quiet in comparison to her unceasing raucousness. What does she see in him, many dragons wonder, pointing to her long list of wild parties and theatrical productions. The works of art he makes may be stunning, but he's boring, right?

In truth, sometimes Poinsettia needs the grounding he gives her, before she gets carried away too much. He offers her a safe harbor to breathe, relax, and gather her thoughts before her next performance, and a sounding board off which to bounce her newest ideas. Dusk speaks typical draconic language somewhat brokenly - though he understands it fluently - so Poinsettia has taken it on herself to learn his native coatl tongue. The resulting noises may be grating to most dragons, and shocking to those only used to seeing her as the dazzling star of the latest traveling stage play, but to Dusk, the effort she's putting in for him is beautiful.

 		Poinsettia and Moscato are two birds of a feather, and over the years they've certainly had their fair share of wild parties and near-death scrapes. Life with Moscato is a never-ending series of adventures, and she wouldn't have it any other way. They're each other's main confidants, and, all things considered, she's even closer to him than she is to Dusk.

What Poinsettia hasn't ever openly stated, though, is that she's very very worried about him.

While she may enjoy the occasional party until the sun comes up, when it comes down to it, she does know how to step back and turn the immature partygoer image off. If Poinsettia makes a promise, she always comes through. Moscato... doesn't. She knows this isn't out of malice, though; he means well, he just promises far more than he can afford to give. Because she understands him so well, she's willing to clean up his messes without complaint... for the most part. Poinsettia's dearest wish is that he'd pursue some sort of therapy, the poor guy obviously desperately needs it.
