Biography
The Pearlcatcher sits alone in a lightframe wheelchair, his eyes sullen and broken. His back legs are bound into spats to keep their shape, but it is no surprise that they are still maimed and impossible to walk with. As he turns to you, you can see that the cruel tamer in him is no more. Instead, he is ensnared- bound by the many evils he had committed. A final narrow of his scarred face reveals a frightening conviction. ShroudedMist predicted this was going to happen to him, and this is but the tip of the iceberg of his downfall. For now, the maimed dragon prefers to be left alone, his paws wide open to his own fate. His pearl retains the purple tint, but is mysteriously clear, almost like his memories had neutralised whatever evil that once consumed him. Accepting a protege in the child he saved, the Imperial is almost never seen not by his side. Some claim that he's still evil, but others let him be- it would be unfair to ask from a dragon physically and psychologically burdened.
He seems a bit smug about his pearl now. It's best not to ask much. The Pearlcatcher also remains blissfully unaware of his replacement lingering within the pits- but now that he's been alerted, he's not sure to feel flattered or alarmed. Shrouded doesn't exactly care who's in power, really, as long as the Poliwags and Doom remain safe. After VenomDrench maimed him a second time, Shrouded sought out Abyss to craft him a pair of prosthetics, which he now uses.
After saving his husband, they now live together and just recently got married.
