Biography

Tojil did not originate from the Aquam clan. Instead, he was born in another clan that also resided in the Sea of A Thousand Currents, specifically the Leviathan Trench. He was one of a few others that were born in the clutch and was the only to have been born with a white torso, unlike his siblings. Thankfully enough, his parents did not exile him from the nest him because of it- probably only due to the fact his wings were a nice crimson color. Life was as normal as it could get for a Coatl and over time he grew into the adult dragon he is today.
It is around this time that he learned about how it wasn't unusual for Coatls to be exiled because of their coat color to protect others from possible bad omens. Tojil did not take this very well as he did not wish to be some sorta bad luck bringer to his clan. He decided to do what he thought was right and depart from his clan- all in the name of protecting everyone else.
And so he departed without so much of a word to wander and maybe, or at least so he hoped, have a grand adventure while he was at it.
Unfortunately for him, he found the life of a wanderer to be quite hard for one Coatl such as himself. He didn't necessarily want to intrude on the territory of other Water clans without permission, so he traversed carefully.
Eventually, after some time wandering, he decided he needed a new clan to settle with. Despite how much of a long shot it seemed to him, perhaps a clan would take him in despite his coat color. Acting on intuition, the young adult Coatl headed towards the Tsunami Flats to begin his search for a new clan to call home.
It was there he spotted a certain, dark colored Tundra dragon exiting a somewhat small looking lair. Still not entirely sure how he'd ask to join their clan out of the blue, he went out on a whim and approached the Tundra male.
Tojil learned the Tundra dragon was named Dynas and, by chance, was one of the leaders of the Aquam clan. They spoke for a bit and Tojil quickly learned that Dynas was rather calm and gentle, although forgetful- which he also quickly learned. It was then Tojil decided to ask if the clan would be willing to take him in as he lacked a place to call home.
Before Dynas could answer, Xandra, the other leader of the clan, stepped out from the lair. The Coatl tensed, feeling somewhat uncomfortable around the very large Guardian so suddenly. Dynas proceeded to explain to Xandra that he wished to join the ranks of their clan. Xandra didn't give a definite answer at first, instead circling the smaller Coatl and eyeing him in an almost judgmental fashion.
Eventually Xandra stopped circling Tojil and approached Dynas. "Fine." She replied in a tone that came out more like a growl. Dynas smiled as best as Tundras could before treading over to Tojil and giving him a good sniff to get a sense of his scent. Finally, he gave Tojil the answer he was hoping for.
"Welcome to the clan... Tojil."
