Biography
MoltenRiver | Battle Council Member
One of the eldest in the Clan, he's somewhat of a firebrand. He came over from a different clan to advise his friends RoseOrchid and Marshbreeze on clan leadership and battle strategy. Along with Emilia, MoltenRiver serves on the Battle Council as one of its senior members.
Given his size and somewhat brusque manner, he requires his own large corner of the lair to retreat to. MoltenRiver doesn't form relationships with other dragons in the Clan quickly, but is not incapable of it. RoseOrchid and Marshbreeze are two of his closest friends, the friendship there developed even before he was officially part of the Clan.
And he has a strong interest in fire magic and science, which has led him to an odd friendship with Pyrite, the alchemist pearlcatcher. She uses fire and related magics frequently in her alchemy and jewelry-crafting. The Clan has been waiting anxiously for something to go wrong there, given Imperial and Pearlcatcher relations - but nothing has so far. Not that another pearlcatcher in the Clan, Rhapsody, hasn't been a jerk about it to both of them.
