Chanler was a normal dragon once. Once. That was until he chased the rumours of a new subspecies of Pronghorn in the Frozen Wastes, and came back... changed. He gibbers, mutters, and whispers, all in a guttural cacophony of words that make no sense- perhaps not only to him. The only thing he says that makes sense is a repeated mantra of "What have we given," and "Life... Is...." before relapsing into that nonsense gibberish once more.

It is dangerous to be alone with Chanler, as he is prone to lunging, attempting to bite in what can only be the desire to consume. As such, he was sent to live with the Death Council, as they are not tempting enough- or too difficult to overcome- to be considered targets of his insatiable appetite.
