Kearns sees the world as a plate. The horizon is an edge between the abyss and the world in which he moves to and fro. To him, morality exists in the moment, and he holds no illusions that he is a "good" dragon, only that he is "A" dragon who does what the moment demands.

Kearns, by nature as an Arcane dragon, is curious, intelligent and ever seeking new things to learn, experience and cultivate into his sphere of knowledge. Being an Arcane dragon who resides in a Shadow clan ran by a Plague dragon, and fits well within its culture, this means he isn't above what some might deem scrupulous, immoral, or outright abominable when getting elbow deep into a new project- or someone else that happens to be a project.

Despite Kearns' monstrous morals- or lack thereof- he is a charismatic dragon. He is affable, charming, witty and his presence draws one in with bright smiles and witticisms practically purred out with a smooth, cultured voice. He speaks eloquently, but with never down to anyone, making himself relatable with anyone to whom he speaks. He is flirtatious, debonair and smooth, but has no interest in long term mates, or even affection. Procreation is no longer of interest to him now that he has plenty of offspring of his own, and even that was something that failed to hold his interest for long- he goes out of his way to avoid contact with any of his progeny, or the dragons he conceived them with. Friends, lovers, and family are liabilities and he sees no point in them. The only true asset others can provide him are tangible alliances, resources, knowledge, and if one isn't careful..... amusement.

He needs to be kept away from Pellinore at all costs.
