Come on in, I have been expecting you. Please sit down and I'll tell you about the Starfall Celebration and its items, when they were were last available, which items can be found in Joxar's Spare Inventory Crates and all the rest you came here to learn. Feel free to forget or remember my personal remarks here and there.
First of all, this holiday is in the end of September and the holiday currency is Magical Shards. You find them by gathering in Arcane's territory. We recommend digging in Arcane because that also gives you the nice chance of finding festival chests which contain some of this year's holiday skins. Scavenging also does this, but has a much lower drop chance. Magical shards can also be obtained by bonding with familiars and a lot of other common site activities. Arcane and neutral enemies in the coliseum may drop both magical shards and, very rarely, festival chests. A set number of holiday skins are only available from Baldwin and the Treasure Marketplace.
In short, any holiday item from 2013 to 2015 are retired and only randomly available trough Roundsey's Raffle Roulette. All holiday items after that is available as a random drop from Joxar's Spare Inventory Crate. A selected few items are available every year for a long time period, and will after this become available from Joxar's Spare Inventory Crate. Any item available from Joxar's Spare Inventory Crates can also appear in Rounsey's Raffle Roulette, though this is very rare. You will have better luck buying them from other players.

Crystal was named by the Arcanist when he took her parents. He had laid a careful claw on her head, and whispered that all would be ok. Then he had turned away and taken to the skies, her parents flying under his wings on either side.
For a time she thought nothing would be ok. She was alone, had only hunted once before, under the supervision of her parents and had never been further than 5 minutes from the campus. She had spoken little to the rest of the clan, but quickly realised that was the first thing she had to change. She started out by going to the clan leader, only to discover he too had gone. She then went to the clan healer, and was taken in. She did not start an apprenticeship, but became adapt at all sorts of gathering. In return she was provided with company and lessons in any subject she asked for. She became a better hunter and a proud, wise, adult.
Leaving her old clan was not easy, but she had to. Her old clan was falling apart, with everyone shattering to the corners of the world. She ended in the Windswept Plateu, in a clan called the Windflower. There she took up a new job: to guard the Hall of Fame, a scroll dedicated to those that had helped or cooperated with the clan. She was honoured. The task was quite easy, yet important. It left her lots of time to do other things, like gathering, as the scroll was easy to bring along.
But the winds shifted as the wind does, and one day while hunting she was literally blown away. She nearly tumbled over the rim to the Sea of a Thousand Currents. She hurried back to her clan. Another time she was blown a day's march into the heart of the Windswept Plateu.
The Windflower clan has a legend that says to always follow the will of the winds. It told about not the Windsinger or any other god, but of Fate. Of course, the gods made the world and the dragons, but not their destinies. Fate, one of the first arcane dragons that the gods made, was so close to her element she could see the treads binding the world together. She could see energy move around in everything living, and she could see what they would do next. The old tale came to her mind, and Crystal knew she would move in the end. She had to take an apprentice first, so that the Scroll of the Hall of Fame could be kept safe. She would become a mentor. Shortly after her mind was set, the wind calmed down.
It took several months before she found her apprentice. It was not much training needed, really, but she made sure Hinata understood the importance of carrying the scroll. It may also be that Hinata desperately needed something to connect her with life, so she would not float into nothingness again.
