Win is the matriarchal leader of the Sovereign Clan. She is considered the primary ruler and figurehead of the clan, with the remaining three rulers all following after her commands. She rules over her flock with a guardianship tempered with mystique and compassion, and carries a permanent, almost otherworldly aura.

She is known to be unquestionably adored by her subjects, many of whom were brought into the Sovereign to start fresh from unfortunate backgrounds. With so many lost or beat-down dragons getting a new lease on life under the matriarch's guidance, the Sovereign is a close-nit and loyal community. Each new member is scouted out by the Matriarch herself, and every dragon has their purpose to keep the clan thriving.

Win founded the Sovereign alongside her closest friend, the clan Patriarch Antoine. Win and Antoine, along with their respective mates Siel and Beastette, form the entirety of the Sovereign's ruling body- also know as The Ascended Four. The Four originally set out to form an independent dragon clan that follows the principles of seeking one's fullest potential and embracing dragon diversity. The clan follows no particular Elemental God, and thus it was a difficult and slow-going process trying to establish the Sovereign as a respectable clan. Even harder still, was surviving those first few decades with only a handful of dragons, all alone in the almost alien and barren lands of the tundra. However, it is believed that these severe trials and adversities were what forged the impenetrable bonds between the four leaders and helped set up the systems that have successfully governed the Sovereign for many generations.

-Win is of an Arcane clan origins, and despite no longer being a devote follower of the Deities, she still shows a passion in magic and the unknowns of the world.

-Nobody but Antoine is certain of her age, but she is believed to be nearing her mid-millennium mark.

-Win and her mate Siel have only one adopted child, Frost, who was born into the Sovereign but rejected by his parents for being deathly sick and disabled. Under Win's mothering, Frost has survived and had grown to be a master of magics, and is being prepared to eventually take over Win's position in The Four when she passes.

-Rumors say that the Matriarch and the Patriarch of the Sovereign were once arranged mates by their original clans. Despite being incredibly compatible, they mutually decided to abandoned their clans' arrangement in order to dedicate their lives to the ruling of their newly formed clan. This idea has never been confirmed by anyone, but the pair are undeniably close companions.

-Win met her true mate Siel shortly after establishing the clan with Antoine and Beastette. Siel was a wondering mercenary that no longer knew his purpose in the world, and after meeting Win, he decided to take a chance and join the Sovereign as a defense coordinator. His and Win's relationship developed swiftly during the time they worked together, and that combined with Siel's extreme proficiency in protecting the clan's territories, he was risen to join as the last of The Ascended Four. They have been dedicated in love for nearly 150 years.
