This boy's broadcast message made me smile and immediately want to take a closer look, so I did, and knew immediately I had to choose him for this list. Firstly, eye spots and vipera are both criminally underrated genes, and I love how you've put them both to use here. Eye spots on mirrors is a personal weakness of mine anyway; they look better with it than most people give them credit for (see my progen Gale for an example lol). Secondly, he DOES actually dress like he's about to get murdered in his outfit since it's all red, and the apparel you've chosen makes him look like he's ready to murder them right back. He's got a lot of personality and I really appreciate that about him (special shoutout to his neighbor Octavian, who did not make this list, but also has fascinating personality vibes).

I feel like Vinicius might be your most flawless dragon. The combination of his apparel, colors, and genes are perfect together. I especially like how his eyes really pop. Very well done.
