Personality:Treasure raider  " A new skin doesn't change the snake inside of it "
Dahra is a free-spirited dragon, unable to follow rules, regulations, or traditions. Nevertheless, she has a warm heart and wants nothing more than to uphold her family honor while keeping true to herself. She is courageous and self-reliant. She also doesn't fit in with the expectations of other dragons. She is outspoken, independent and her courage, intelligence, and determination helped her through her adventures. Lore: Born to an aristocratic family, Dahra was generally disinterested in upper class society, finding it stifling and boring. She prefered to pass her time in her father great library, taking far more interest in delving into the secrets of the past and finding what is believed to not even exist. For that reason she became a treasure hunter and tomb raider. Dahra's expeditions have lead her to search for some of the most powerful and dangerous artifacts in the world as well as uncovering some of the most mysterious places in Sornieth's history. Her expeditions are legendary and earned her a quite reputation. One day, during a research at the Cloudscrape Crags, she is surprised by a slight earthquake that causes a violent avalanche. Taken aback, she is devastated and loses all her instruments and her precious egg. Desperate, Dahra searches it for weeks without, however, finding it again. A few months later, a curious Spiral named Nightwraith comes to the Guild with a young hatchling, asking if anyone had lost an egg in the Southern Icefiled. Dahra, warned by the other dragons who knew her story, rushes to the stranger who tells her that he has found the egg in the snow along with a lot of junks and destroyed tools and that he has been traveling from clan to clan to find the little one's parents. Full of joy, Dahra names the Spiral her honorary archaeologist companion, to thank him for having recovered her most important treasure. As one of the most experienced archaeologists in the Guild, Dahra is responsible for organizing expeditions, recovering artifacts and studying them carefully. Although sometimes she sells some pieces to collectors for a little profit, most of her evidences are donated to museums, sanctuaries and cultural structures, so that everyone can admire their ancient beauty. Although she collects many precious stones, she has a compulsive craving for Rhodochrosite. |
