Personality:Gardener  " Cultivating a garden gets our hands dirty, but cleans our minds "
Sadachbia is a gentle and intelligent dragon. She has a lot of patience when it comes to her botanical studies and other dragons. Her knowledge about plants stems from her abilities to keep focused on her tasks and organization of her notes. She cares deeply about her work and other dragons, though can be too shy to actually start conversations with them. Lore: Sadachbia grew up in a cold world with very little signs of life. The frigid landscape of the Ice flight left the young dragon growing up surrounded by the same vast emptiness as far as she could see. When she saw her first tree- rather a cluster of them where her family sheltered from a blizzard- Sadachbia immediately took an interest in how they could survive the ice and snow while other plants couldn’t. As she grew older this interest expanded, as did her collection of plants she would find and make notes of. By the time the young skydancer was old enough to travel on her own, she’d amassed a large hoard of seeds and plant samples from the area and was ready to explore warmer climates. It wasn’t until she met a pearlcatcher named Quickcraft that she left her birth flight. The explorer had offered to take her to a place in the Fire flight that would help in her research. After arriving at the Adventurer’s Guild, Quickcraft gave her a parting gift of rare flowers he’d found in his travels. Sadachbia could only feel the scales on her face heat up and barely stammered a thank you before he took off, promising to visit again with more exotic plants and seeds for her. The skydancer started her own garden from his gifts as well as her own findings while out gathering, which has since grown quite expansive. Her only issue now was actually finding the courage to tell Quickcraft how she really felt about him, as his advances and gifts made it clear the explorer felt the same way. Being the Guild’s gardener as well as a botanical scholar, Sadachbia must maintain her garden and make notes and samples over the large variety of plants. Her job also requires her to gather new plants and seeds from the surrounding area to study alongside any specimens brought to her. When Sadachbia isn’t working, she’s usually relaxing in her garden. If Quickcraft is visiting she can usually be found taking a walk with him- obviously blushing whenever he makes a gesture of romance as she tries to express her own feelings. |
