She has a long history of selflessness, but she's not looking back. She's an old dragon who's finally coming out of her shell. Confident with a new look, happy to be seen and known, she can be overbearing as her long-dormant personality comes out all at once. She struts and preens, makes lots of jokes, some crude; and likes to show off how much she knows to the younger ones. However, she still falls into her longtime milder demeanor, full of seriousness and the wisdom that comes from years spent observing everything equally and quietly. The Clanfather respects her for both her parental experience and her knowledge of history, and Ilfrilaela encourages her ability to bring the clan together just for the sake of enjoying each other's company.

She likes the short form of her name so much, she growls and snaps when anyone uses the full name. D'Sahssiravaen she likes well enough, but D'Sahssi is who she knows herself to be.
