Senex is the main girl in my first wasp pair, she was scryed up after I couldn't help but notice cyan was very pretty with safari in particular, then wasp as well. Contour is among my favorite tertiaries, I'm not sure why, I hated it when it first came out but now half my pairs have it.

A more in-depth look at Senex.

Senex is a pretty unique name, not a lot of people likely know where it comes from and it's actually the name of one of the proxies in the anime Ergo Proxy, she was the proxy of the moon. Emphasis on was.

So I can't help but feel buyers remorse here, I spent too much on her and I've been trying to cut back especially with three other pairs almost ready for genes. Nevertheless I am glad currently and I'll feel much better about it later even though it seems the pair is not as desired as I was hoping they would be. Well, that's an eyeburner for you, always a risk.

Sitting atop her marble throne, Senex looked down upon the man that had cut through her guards to get to her. Through the blood that stained him, she could see the glimmer of his passion on his very skin. It casted a faint glow, his eyes meeting hers as his fire ignited the spark in her dormant soul. Long has she waited for this challenge and though her weapons were dulled from years of dormancy, her eagerness was not. She shot up from the marble, her drapes flowed behind her like a river of white, distracting and devastating. Her first attempt to strike his center mass failed as he spun quickly, though she managed to grip his wrist, tossing him across the room. The battle was on.

The mysterious soldier that had her within just a breath away from his sword danced a terrible dance. His movements were cold, precise, and deadly. Senex found herself struggling just a bit to dodge his wonderful strikes. She felt moved by him, despite him being only a lowly human. Had she the inclination she could have dispatched him like any other worm but she was transfixed by the beauty of his mission. As he made a move to strike at her lung, she allowed this enchanted blade to bury itself deep within her chest as she tipped the helmet from his head, exposing something she had not expected.

As surprised as the soldier was to see his sword had not caused her a great deal of pain, Senex too was taken back with surprise. The eyes that burned with such a passion belonged to a face equally tormented and beautiful. The pause as she stared at him was broken as the soldier pulled his weapon free from her body. Senex gave him a wide grin as she stepped back slowly. The soldier seemed apprehensive, but he didn't know he had won this battle. She nodded her head and stepped back into the light that allowed her passage throughout the realms, leaving him this worlds savior.
