Bartholomew haunts bodies of water accompanied with a lot of foliage. He is highly territorial and his behavior matches similarly to a crocodile. He swims through the swamp this his head and wings like flippers and his tail works like a paddle as his most important tool.

Despite his damp life he is known for a powerful fiery breath. Human or dragon is not allowed to get close to his nest and would be met with his weapon. However, when caught outside his territory he changes into a whole new persona. He remains a quiet individual of low energy, but his temperament is calming. Nobody can truly tell if he likes his clan mates or not, but he doesn't show particular discontent and continues to hang around.
