Pietro

As you leave the previous dragon and GoldSong steers you onwards to meet the other Dragons, you notice a light colored Dragon observing from a distance, watching you and GoldSong pass by. "Oh!" Gold says as she realizes, "Of, course, we can't forget to say hello to Pietro!" And with that, both of you walk over and you give the staring Dragon a nice greeting. He nods and smiles, and continues to watch as GoldSong lets you take a moment to learn more about this derg.

Give a big hello to Pietro, the clan's Plague representative, and a Dragon Cascade/I bought in 2018 for Cornucopia, his mate!

He's not really picky over which way you say it however, and will respond to both Shortened version of his name is Pie :)


The Dragons in the clan love his company, though he can be a bit mystical and mysterious at times, and he likes to keep to himself when he's not working on a building project or sharing lunch with his few close friends. He is also very observant and perceptive and picks up on things that most others don't, giving him a creepy edge, and an almost detective-y like flair, but some find it uncomfortable...
Although, because of his perceptiveness, he is super smart and handles that knowledge that he gathers very well and also excelled in school, when he attended Erigore's classes.

When he was brought into the clan, he met everyone and instantly fell head over claws (heels) in love with Cornucopia the first second he laid eyes on her... though she found his personality odd and she didn't like him at first, but as they spent more time together and he professed his feelings to her, she was curious to see where this relationship with this solemn Dragon would lead.... and they both eventually found it lead to wedding bells, and not long after, a nest and their part of the lair full of bouncing baby Dragons. Because of their genes, their 3 sons were nicknamed "Team Saffron" and Pietro loves every minute of fatherhood, even if his sons think he may feel somewhat distant. And with the Exalting of Shavri, Pietro couldn't be prouder and loves hearing updates from him, and also spending time with his grandchildren and great grands and however many more greats are applicable and is glad to cal the SkyWings clan home.
He also enjoys the company of his Grouse Basilisk, Flax, and entertains himself by having staring contests with it, which surprisingly, the Basilisk loses! XD Other Dragons in the clan, learning of his reputation, have challenged him, but all have lost and he remains the Staring Contest Champion! After some time, Pietor & Flax both decided they'd been together long enough and Pietro wanted to try bonding with someone new, and Flax had had enough of this quiet, observant Dragon & was annoyed that he couldn't win staring contests, so went on to discover what else was out there for himself. Now, Pietro is working on bonding with his Carmine Serthis that was recently paired to him, and though he'll miss the staring contests he used to have with Flax, he looks forward to spending time with Morgan, the Serthis :)
Near the end of January 2020, Morgan decided it was time to move on and forge her own paths elsewhere with Dragonkind. Pietro, however, was still fascinated by Serthis culture and thus paired with Elias, the Contaminated Ambassador and found they both had something in common: their allegiance to the Plague flight! Exciting to Pietro, he is happy to work together with this new companion in showing the clan what their Flight means to them...

Pietro's Role is being the clan's Plague Representative! He is proud to have the freedom to have the chance to show off what his Flight means to him & the ability to let the whole clan know! And aside from showing off his Flight, Pietro is also a Construction Worker in the clan and loves to help build things around the clan, whether that's a small birdhouse, one of his son's model air planes, or building an addition for more clan members or a whole new building to house books, schooling lessons or a shop. If it needs built, you can count on Pietro to be hammering away at making the blueprints a reality! He's quite strong and handy with a hammer and loves to build anything that involves wood, splinters and nails :D
