Xolotl the An Aztec underworld deity of fire and lightning, as well as twins, monsters, misfortune, sickness, and deformities, also associated with the afterlife and various spirit forms, most prominently the dog and axolotl; the name is a Nahuatl word and as far as I can tell it is pronounced like SHO-lote; since Sorneith is separate from real world religion the name would mean something slightly different to Sorneith; I chose this name when I was a decade younger and I do not know how current members of this religion feel about god names being used on fictional characters-- if I ever see evidence that it is considered disrespectful I would gladly change it.

-on the large side with a small wingspan, and a rather light weight despite his gembond.
-the gembond has been in his family for several generations after an onyx cobra bite and is considered beautiful by them; the stones themselves are smaller than typical gembond but still impede his movement somewhat and give him joint problems

-known for being disagreeable and scowling at other dragons, so that most clanmates give him his space
-Except for his 'cousin' Euclase, whom he can't seem to get to leave him alone
-he will still protect the clan fiercely when it or its members are in danger

-eyes accustomed to the dark and rather sensitive to bright light, which may be one of the reasons he's often seen squinting and scowling
