About wrote:
The Bloodscale is a wartorn and unforgiving clan founded by five ex-pit fighters. They are raiders, murderers and thieves, welcoming only those deemed strong into their ranks. Their loyalties lie only to those among the clan and their allies.

BriefBackstory wrote:
The Bloodscale Clan was founded by five dragons: Nyxia, Dacio, Cybil, Jurien, and Sariel. Originally they were members of a beastclan's arena where dragons were captured/bred and forced to fight each other and various beastclan challengers. After years of careful planning the five were able to launch a full scale breakout. It was successful and all the beastfolk and feral dragons were chased from the territory.

Hierarchy wrote:
Nyxia, Dacio, Cybil, Jurien and Sariel rule the clan as a council, making both major and minor decisions together. None among them have any more say than the other.

Scouts wrote:
The scouts work solo and are not fully fledged members of the Atrium even though they are still granted a title. They are often not seen for months at a time and when they do return it is very briefly. While gone they take to their home flights, mapping out lairs and settlements and then return their finds to The Council who pay them handsomely for the Intel and offers protection should they ever need it.

The scout camp is located in the remains of some great ancient beast whose skull alone rivals the size of the largest dragons. While they may work separately, the scouts consider each other to be family and are very tightly knit.

Villagers wrote:
While most of the more aggressive and extreme dragons live in the actual Atrium and take on titles like Warrior, there are some who prefer a more quite and simple life or who are deemed unfit to enroll for warrior status. These dragons live in the old beastfolk village that surrounds the Atrium. These dragon normally only fight during extreme times (With the exception of the few who enjoy battling warriors in Atrium fights) and prefer to use their skills for gathering, hunting and providing for the clan in other ways.

Location wrote:
The clan's territory consists of a large chunk of The Abiding Boneyard. The Beastfolk that owned the area before them had constructed a massive coliseum with a smaller town around it. After the five took the land they set up home within the various chambers and rooms within the walls of the coliseum and renamed it the Bloodscale Atrium. The Atrium is used as a main living area, nesting grounds, vault and a place to keep prisoners. The village houses around the Atrium are used as store houses to stash away the clan's less important supplies. The largest houses are used as familiar pens.
