We of the Dreaming Dragons are exactly as we are said to be, dreamers. Any dragon who has dreams larger than the gods and the will to want to pursue that are always welcome. Yes, we are mysterious and secretive to other Clans of what we do, but we assure you we have only good intentions to help the world and beyond. We are Arcanianes, serving under the Arcanist, and our dreams will reach to places beyond the God's imaginations.

+1000 for Limited Dragons (doubles if the dragon is grown up)
+1250 for Rare Dragons (doubles if the dragon is grown up)

+100 per Plentiful Gene (doubles if the dragon is grown up)
+250 per Common Gene (doubles if the dragon is grown up)
+350 per Uncommon Gene (doubles if the dragon is grown up)
