Beware ye travellers, for beyond lie madness

You've heard tales, of course, of dragons who'd abandon their flight for greater exaltations. But you weren't expecting this. Dragons who called themselves Aspects, Harbingers, Guardians. It seems mad, yet here they are.

The Aspects look radiant, ethereal in a way. It would make sense, as they claim to have become beings of pure essence. No longer dragons; Instead powerful beings who yet have no dalliances with the affairs of mortals.

The Harbingers are harsh where the Aspects were soft. They are the ones who call forth to warn of the Aspects and their reach. Heralds and forth-comers of another.

Finally the Guardians slink from darkness, eyes aglow with unnatural light. They are the protectors where the Harbingers were merely omens. They are the ones who carry out the duties of a higher power, who carry out the will of the Aspects.

It is unclear why they have made home here, in the den of the IceWarden. Perhaps there is more to the old dragon than there seems...
