[b]We are still working on the login issue[/b], but this should provide a temporary way for those who were stranded during optimizations to access the site again. [*]Logging in on a non www1 page (dragon pages, forums, marketplace, ect) will only log you into non www1 pages. You will need to log in a second time from the main page to access the remaining areas of the website. (front page, message center, world map, ect.) [b]Players may log in and play as normal[/b]. There are a few issues we are still working on, so please bear with us. In the meantime, please be aware of the following outstanding issues - we will be resolving these, but for now these are active, known issues: [LIST] [*]If you are having difficulty logging in, please see the instructions below from September 2nd. In most cases, following these instructions will allow you to log in and play. [*][s]If you send two or more stacks of the same item through the message center, the recipient will only see one stack when they go to collect it. However, all the stacks included are sent. When "take all" is pressed, you will collect all the stacks and they will be deposited in your hoard. The "one stack only" is a display issue only. No items are lost.[/s] [b]This issue has been resolved.[/b] [*][s]When sending a message through "contact us", no [i]message sent[/i] confirmation is provided; however, you should be e-mailed a copy of your ticket, and your e-mail is still received by our support team.[/s] [b]This issue has been resolved.[/b] [*]If you send a message through the message center without a subject or message, no "error" message is provided, and your message becomes blanked out. We are going to be putting the site into maintenance mode to address some of these issues.
