She is being groomed to take over the military guild as she has shown an amazing talent for multiple types of warfare. When she is training she can appear unapproachable and overly serious. when she is not training however she is just a little bit awkward and intensely curious. In short adorable when she's not training and terrifying when she is training. She looks a bit like her mother http://i58.tinypic.com/33m0j8w.jpg but she has much longer hair (her hair is probably the shade of her primary with brown highlights) and is taller by quite a bit her skin is a shade or two lighter as well. wears armor and sensible clothing when training but she has no problem with fancier outfits when she is just enjoying a break.
