[*]If you for some reason want to cancel your commission, I'll give you back the amount of treasure I "havn't worked for" (Ex if you order a shaded picture and pay me 1000 gems, and you cancel the commission at flat colored state - 700 gems - I'll give you back the 300 gems I havn't worked for as well as giving you the flat colored picture) [*]If I for some reason feel I can't finish your commission (because of ex school, personal life, e.t.c.) I will provide you with a [i]full refund[/i] [*]If you're not fully satisfied with the outcome, I am able to fix smaller stuff, but any larger changes must happen in sketch state (Ask me for a W.I.P if you want to be 100% sure I do the drawing exactly like you want it.) [*]I can and will change my commission prices from time to time. These chances will not affect any commission you've already ordered from me that I'm working on, however it will affect any future commissions you may order from me. [/LIST] [b]Working procedure[/b] [LIST] [*] I can take some time to finish the commissions. I usually finish them after a few days, but they can easily end up taking me 1-2 weeks to finish if I'm in a bad time - I will however often inform you with a estimated time for when I'll be finished, and update you if it will end up taking longer than expected. [*]Remember to take a look at the slots. The more commissions I have and the further down you are on the list, the longer time it'll take for your commission to be finished. [*]You're welcome to contact me at any moment to hear how your commission is coming by and ask for WIPs, however I'd prefer you to be polite.
