If your written description is too vague I will have to decline the order. Links to Charahub or other character form sites will also greatly help if you have them. - Gijinkas will be based around the dragon character you show. For the most part I create a character bust of what they may look like based on the dragon/bio/apparel you have for them. If you have a specific design or reference for what they look like already be sure to link the image so that I can base them off of that. - Chibi Dragons will come in two sizes. One to fit in your sig, if requested, and one which is the size seen above for easy placement in dragon bios or RP's.
