For non-FR outfits/accessories, just send me a reference. If you want some of the items tweaked (Solisira's solar gear up there is a bit lacking in blades, for example), just mention which items and what you want different about them. [*]what colors you want me to use (dragon coloring or human coloring) [*]what hair you want [*]something about your dragon's personality! It helps me figure out a good pose. Solisira's is honestly kind of boring, but that's because she's kind of a stick-in-the-mud. Whereas SolManiSkollHati's Selva is ready to go with sword drawn! [*]no ping necessary! 01/15/2017: Simplified the pricing and redid the shop front for clarity.

Commodore Selva needs art! How much would this cost? Here is the outfit: https://goo.gl/images/3pec6W Please use all dragon colors with Runes as tattoos, no dragon features. Her body is brawny but has meat on her bones and her face is angular. She is a no-nonsense type with a sweet spot for her pet bats. The crew thinks she is a vampire. (But not in the femme fatale or sexy way. She is willing to brawl.) Can you put little nocturnes around her like bats?

@SolManiSkollHati, do you want lineart (50kt), flats (100kt), or a fully shaded piece(150kt)?

The hat would be 5kt, the outfit would be 20kt, the runes would be 10kt, and the nocturne bats would be 5kt. So all together the accessories would be 40kt on top of the base price.

And to confirm, you want the primary color for the skintone and the secondary color for the hair color?

So fully shaded is 190k. Okay. The primary as skin and the secondary as hair is good. Make sure the eyes are the blue that does not look blind please, but still icy.
