Changes from that picture:

• Standing up/pointy ear instead of floppy.
• He has only one ear, the other got torn off, so if you could make one of the ears just a jagged edge, ripped off close to his head? Not a fresh wound, an old one, healed by now/not bloody.
  (Doesn't matter which ear is which.)
• The colors DO NOT have to match the photo! Just a mottled mix of brown/black.
• He's an old war dog, so he has scars on his face. Say three big ones? I like the squinty eye, so maybe one near the eye? Location of others up to you, wherever it works.
• He looks tired/worn out. Could you do grey on his muzzle, like in the photo?

If this is more complex than what you were looking for or if the style doesn't match what you do, just let me know. :)

That would make it a bit more expensive though, so if not that's completely fine of course! Just sounds like a really fun thing to draw for me lmao
