I'm EmeraldOx, and I used to be on Aywas under the same name until Flight Rising started to catch my attention more. I've closed down commissions over there because I don't feel confident enough about my skills with canine and feline anatomy (and if you've ever been on Aywas, you know that the canine/feline Melo species is [i]everywhere.[/i]) But there's one type of anatomy I'm pretty confident about, and that's dragons! So I thought I'd set up commissions here that I'll actually enjoy drawing. Rules about my commissions: [s]Flight Rising dragons only, please![/s] Sorry about the confusion of this rule, I meant to say that I only wanted to draw dragons, not any other creatures. I'd be happy to draw a non-FR dragon for you. c: A person can only hold one slot at a time. I don't do NSFW or gore (apparel like the bloodstained rags are okay.) Skins and accents are okay as long as they're not incredibly intricate and detailed (example: some sort of henna-like pattern over the entirety of the dragon). ;w; If you want two dragons in a commission, the price is simply doubled. The limit is two, though! My exchange rate is that $1=about 100 Gems, and 1 Gem=about 220 Treasure. Rules about my commissions:

I do ID's like this for 30k T!

I've recently started doing mini dragons like my commission banner above for 30k T! Complicated genes or apparel (to a maximum of 5 pieces of apparel) might raise the price to 35k. They can be with a familiar, too, for an extra 10k. Here's one!

Only the Light can hold back the darkness - be it Shadow or Shade.
There are two things I can't believe: that it's not butter, and that no one has commissioned this outstanding young ox yet. Hopefully, I won't have to try to believe the second for much longer.

It's okay, Micah, it's probably that my art's too expensive. I think I might lower it a little. For anyone who might see this thread: what are some prices you think are better fit for my art?

The dollar figure is actually TOO CHEAP for this kinda work, but unfortunately FR's economy isn't that forgiving. Some people treat my askance of 45K like a lavish expense. And that's for full color!

Try not to bring it too low, is all I'm saying. You've got adorable work and lots of skill, don't discount it!

If the offer is still available I'd like to order a Line+Flats commission of Lhotse. She has a bio and the other art of her I've ordered posted in her information section if that would help you at all. It's important that her eyes be whited out (the way the hood makes them appear) and the sandglass be somewhere near her if not on her neck, but you can have complete freedom other than that.

I'm not sure if you did decide to lower your prices, but they seem just fine to me. If you did I'd be willing to save up some more and pay whatever price you had before if you'd inform me what it was.

Speaking of that, and assuming that you do accept the commission, how would you prefer to receive payment? I've seen artists around here who want full payment before, or half-before half-after, or just in full after the commission is completed. I'm fine with anything, personally, so I just need to know what you'd be most comfortable with.
