As you approach the wooden desk with a yellow banner reading 'The Golden Order Hatchery', you notice a brown Coatl using his short claws to carve a small piece of wood. Is it... a Zeeba? You aren't entirely sure as it's not very good. He finally lifts his head when he notices you standing there. "Oh! Hello there!" He greets, setting the wood carving aside. "My name is Antonio and I'm the merchant for the Golden Order. While I spend a lot of time at the Auction House, I also run this shop!" He gestures to the banner above him, just in case you didn't know what kind of shop you were at. "The Golden Order is dedicated to protecting all of Sornieth from destruction by combating the evil forces that plague it. The Beastclans and the Shade, for example. In order to spread our message and dedication, as well as to build a worldview for the new hatchlings of the Order, many of them choose to leave to join new clans, like yours! For a fee, of course... We have to support the Order somehow." Antonio pauses his speech to reach underneath the desk and pull out a notebook to hold in his paws.

"Before we get started, it's only reasonable that we lay down the rules and guidelines, correct? Don't worry, they're easy to follow!"

DO not worry about changing or exalting these dragons! I will not be upset and their fate is out of my hands.
DO feel free to negotiate prices on hatchlings or ask about mixed payments! As long as it's a fair price, I will accept. I always accept mixed payments as long as they follow the 1:1000 gem ratio (1000 treasure = 1 gem).
DO tell me if you are eligible for any discounts! I won't check if you don't tell me, but I will check to be sure you are telling the truth!
DO feel free to press the purchase button, as it won't buy the dragon without your permission but WILL take you to the auction house listing to buy it!
DO ask to have a dragon held for you! I will hold a dragon for up to a week!
DO ask to be an affiliate or to be on a pinglist for a couple!
DO feel free to use the lore I've wrote and ask about potential lore for your dragons! I don't mind you continue on their parents legacy, and if you are interested in RP, the parents could still interact with their child! Just let me know and we can talk about it via PM.
DON'T ask for a free dragon. I offer discounts, but I will never give away a dragon for free except for my own, personal reasons to give away a dragon.
DON'T feel obligated to use my lore or write any sort of connecting lore for the hatchling to my clan. It's not a requirement!
DON'T ask for any hatchlings or dragons that are not listed in the hatchery. If it's not here, then it's not for sale!

"This Pearlcatcher was, unfortunately, born blind. Her eyes are white and clouded, a permanent mark of her disability. As a hatchling, she struggled to thrive and adjust, but she clearly survived and grew with only a few bumps and scrapes along the way. She doesn't dare fly and rarely travels far from her home because the world is filled with danger that she wouldn't be able to see, and instead spends her time training her powers and looking for prophecies. Despite having the ability to see into the future, it would drain her power too much to use it as a way of seeing normally. Perhaps if she trained more, she would one day be able to utilize it."

"Although this Pearlcatcher's parents specialize in future-sight and past-sight, this boy has a special power to see and decipher the dreams of other dragons. Dreams can be rather prophetic in their own right, and this Pearlcatcher is just the one to unfurl the confusing threads and make sense of them. With enough power, he has been known to be able to guide dreams as well, though he doesn't use this for prophecies. The dragon that wishes to have their dreams read by him must sleep near him, requiring him to stay awake and stay by the dragon in question to read their dream as they experience it. Thankfully, there are many brews of herbs that can assist in his task, like one that helps dragons reach their deep sleep stage more quickly, or one that helps dragons actually fall asleep if they have problems doing so. He is quickly adapting to these powers, honing them to be stronger to someday help his clan."

"This Pearlcatcher was born completely mute and is unable to speak. This makes her ability to see into the past and future a little harder to understand. She has learned to communicate these visions through drawing pictures in the dirt or with paints or dyes on rock and tends to do it instinctively whenever she gets a particularly strong vision. The paints are a more permanent way of telling the future and is typically only used for things extremely far into the future events or something more harmless that wouldn't be bad for an enemy to see. Drawings in the dirt are used for things that must be temporary in fear that an enemy will see it or for practice. Her artistic skills will surely continue to develop over time as she practices. Her visions will also grow to be more accurate and strong as she uses her power. Unfortunately, there is no way to restore her voice. She can only communicate through those pictures and body language, but it's incredibly isolating when she can't respond to somebody she wishes to talk to."

"This Spiral is, unfortunately, unable to fly properly. While Spirals already have difficulties due to their long bodies and tendency to fly sporadically, this guy was simply born with misshapen wings - each wing being a different size than the others. At first, he was able to control it enough to fly short distances, but as he continues to grow up and get larger, his wings are simply not carrying him as well. The smallest wing, which is on his left arm, can't keep up with the larger wings. The largest wing, on his left leg, is simply too large and awkward to actually do the work it has to do in an effective manner, without overtaking his other wings. So, this Spiral mainly crawls around on the ground instead and only flies when he really has to do so. Even then, gliding is much more easy for him to do because it doesn't require any sort of work from his wings."

"Not many Light dragons possess the power that this Spiral does. It was discovered that he had a gift for controlling the magics of Light when he fought off a Basilisk that intended to make a meal of him and the other hatchlings as they explored further away from home than they were allowed to be. Running was not an option, as the Basilisk would be much faster than them on foot. Flying also wasn't an option because his brother had difficulties with learning how to fly. The only option was to stand and fight, at least as a distraction so that his brother could flee far enough away from the danger. This Spiral, dodging and weaving through attacks from the large chicken, could feel something weird building up inside of his mouth. It was hot, but it didn't burn like fire would. He didn't realize that his mouth was glowing, but as the intense feeling - like power building up in his mouth - continued to grow, he somehow knew to open his mouth. Aimed right at the Basilisk, concentrated Light magic shot out like a beam at his enemy. It hit the Basilisk's wing and that was enough to scare the animal off, as if he knew this meal wasn't going to be an easy one. The power had burned a hole through a few trees behind the Basilisk as well, showing the incredible power that was behind the blast."

"Nature and the well being of all living things is very important to this girl, as it's very important to her parents as well. For as long as she's been able to walk and fly, she has joined her parents in checking on various places in nature to make sure they are growing well and that there is no odd corruption, so she intends to continue this practice even if she isn't from the Nature flight. There are things that she can do, like healing the wounds of creatures that are hurt or sick, but the protection and healing of nature and the world they live on falls on the backs of all dragons in the end."

"This girl is a leader in the making. She has the drive to be better and to see her tasks to completion, the strength to defend herself and others, and the compassion to take everyone into consideration before rushing into something. She was tested in the way of leadership by her uncle, the main hunter of the Order. He assigned her as the leader of a group of other hatchlings as they all began their hunting training to see how well she managed them out there. Hatchlings on a hunting trip are, of course, not very difficult to manage, but as a hatchling herself, she did a great job! They brought back plenty of prey to make it a successful trip. If she does take up some sort of leadership role, she will need some real practice before taking up the mantle."

July 14th | the whole hatchery got revamped!
July 17th | Hatched some Skydancers and a Nocturne!
July 22nd | Hatched some mirrors!
July 26th | Hatched an Imperial and a Skydancer
July 27th | Hatched two spirals
July 28th | Hatched some faes!
August 10th | Hatched some Pearlcatchers!
August 11th | Hatched 2 Skydancers!
August 17th | Hatched three different nests resulting in 6 hatchlings! Working on the newest pairings to add very soon.

These stats are for special eyes, XXX hatchlings from pairings where XXX hatchlings are rare, and double limited gene hatchlings that come from pairings where a more common gene overtakes the limited ones!
