I recently bought a gene from the auction house, when it arrived I clicked the button to collect it. When I went to put the gene on my dragon it was not in my hoard, and when I went back to the message the gene was still there but there is no button to collect it. Help I want to make my dragons pretty. Help.

I recently bought a gene from the auction house, when it arrived I clicked the button to collect it. When I went to put the gene on my dragon it was not in my hoard, and when I went back to the message the gene was still there but there is no button to collect it. Help I want to make my dragons pretty. Help.
@Lani I'd give it a little time to appear in your hoard, there may be a little lag. Clearing your cache is always a good idea too. If it doesn't appear after rollover, I'd use the 'Contact Us' to report the glitch so you can hopefully get your item ^_^
