I purchased a dragon from the auction house and he is in my lair but it still says he is up for action. He doesn't show on my auction history so I cannot cancel it but I do not want him for auction I just purchased him. I did purchase him right as the server went down for maintenance so that may have caused it.

I tried logging out and back in, I tried refreshing his image.
Used both google chrome and Internet Explorer.

Nitemare according to the Auction House, the dragon is indeed up for sale, and you are the assigned seller. I've heard more stories about dragons that are purchased via the Auction House, for some reason automatically re-auctioning.
Have you tried listing the dragon yourself? I'd like to know if it works; causing it to show up in your history and hopefully enabling you to cancel the trade.
In any event, I shall notify the devs!

He is no longer listed for auction thank you. I tried listing him last night so I could cancel it but it told me he was already listed. Thank you for the help!!!

I bought the dragon's identical brother, just in case, but I honestly did not put the dragon in question up for auction.

It is the second dragon on the first page, neither of them are named yet because I wasn't sure about naming him while he could still be bought away from me.

Update on this, thought it might be helpful should anyone come looking for a solution. The only one I found was to have a friend that you trust buy the dragon in question, and then to buy the dragon back for them for the treasure they paid. You lose out on some treasure, but it DOES fix the issue with the dragon automatically reposting for auction
