Had a little look a few pages back and the sticky and I couldn't see any like this, so here.
So, I typed my reply to a message and clicked send, the message did not send, the error screen came up instead and told me to report it, and to quote the following phrase.

Try using the Contact Us at the bottom of the page. This looks like an issue for the maintenance/IT folks

Okay, thanks, I wasn't sure- is managed to get that info, but before I realised what is done, I'd closed and started looking through the bugs forum- loosing the tab in the process, so I wasn't sure if it told to post here or contact them. Thanks for the clear up- ill do it in a moment when I'm on a computer, not laying in bed with my phone

Fixeddotdice; posting here is enough to reach the IT folk. Contact Us is usually only used when a particular bug has affected your account, such as your treasure or items. Customer support will then be able to help you find out what happened and return the items to you. For regular bugs such as these, reporting in the bug report forum will suffice!
As for your issue. Have you tried to send the message again, and did the same error message pop up, or did you only try it once? If you could please try to clear your cache or use a different browser to see if the message goes through then, that'd be great! c:

Yeah, I tried again and it worked, but I thought I better post this to let the IT guys know.
I clicked back and then I waited about five minutes looking through the bugs forum and the sticky, then I copied the body of the message, opened a new tab, bent back to my inbox clicked on the message, pasted the body and clicked send.
