I keep on being sent to outside pages from FR for ads. Most of the screen is white, and it does a countdown to when it takes you to the site of advertising. Any fixes, or anyone experiencing this same problem?

I've had this problem today too, checked the forums to see if I was alone or not in case it was a virus I already had. I don't know how to fix it aside from enabling adblock (I had it disabled so I could support the site), but you're not alone.

No legit FR ad should redirect you off site. Double check your anti-virus, and check for malware. I recommend Malware Bytes.

Having the same problem, i've had to delete my safari history for safety and sadly have not upgraded my mac to El Capitan for added security but i'm not taking anymore chances. later flight rising. taking a few days break.

For what it's worth, I run an adblocker on Chrome, which I use for the coli only, and I have not experienced this on Chrome, so I am pretty sure it's the ad.
