@kdbroeker Items you buy from the auction house are delivered to your message box, not hoard. Check your messages carefully and clear your browser's cache/cookies if they don't show up.

Make sure the purchase went through by confirming that it's in your auction house history - it can be easy to accidentally buy a different item then what you meant to buy.

It's not there, but the 170something gems are still gone. Is there some way for someone to get the gems or coins but keep their stuff? This isn't the first time this has happened to me.

There had been rare occasions where more than one party clicked buy on the same item at the same time, so the system judged both had won the auction but only one item was delivered. Though I haven't seen that bug pop up for quite a long time.

Just to check, did you or did you not receive the message from AH? Try clear your cache and check again. If you still not receive the message, you probably need to send a contact us form and describe your situation fully to the custom service.
