Been waiting weeks now for some kind of reply from admins; I've posted in the mistral jamboree discussion forum (even pinging @Undel), waited... Sent in a contact us.... waited over a week now again, and still nothing? So getting a bit concerned it was overlooked or something. o:

How long do contact us posts usually take to receive a reply?

Has any other winner of a contest had this problem before? And how was it resolved? I understand the mods/admins are busy, but it's a bit disappointing that no one will even give me some form of answer as to what is going on? Don't know what else to do now.
I have been pretty patient thus far, but with the Wavecrest Saturnalia contest forum being posted, and no other Mistral Jamboree winners appearing concerned, I assume they've all received their prizes, and I am the outlier that has yet to get them?

Posting here as well in case it is a bug as to why they weren't sent as well.

And pinging other contest Mistral Jamboree winners for confirmation as to whether everyone else has received their prizes, sorry for the inconvenience!

I still have not gotten mine and last time I talked to Monako they hadn't either.

I haven't contacted the admins yet because it's taken over a month for my honorable mention prize to arrive in the past (I mean I had forgotten I was even supposed to get a prize for that but....) I would try to contact them if it doesn't get here in the next week, but I'm so busy in real life that I'll probably just keep waiting

This is only the second contest I've won. The first time I got my prize pretty much right at the beginning of the first festival day, but maybe that's just because they prioritize getting prizes out to people who've never won before. Or maybe it was random.

@Kaseiko Heya! I also haven't received my copy of the prize yet, I know this happens sometimes because someone needs to send it to us.

I did have this problem before a few years ago and hadn't received an honorable mention blueprint, the issue wasn't resolved but I didn't much mind since I was pretty sure it was just a mistake.

It might just take the staff some time to send it to us, but I thought I'd let you know I didn't receive mine yet and it isn't uncommon.

@nohsara @Monako Ok, thank you for the replies! I only ever won a festival skin contest once before as well, and it was sent before the contest even started, so was just pretty confused as to whether something went wrong, or if they were still waiting to be sent out, and there was no one answering which was the case. o:

@Kaseiko I haven't received anything yet for mine either! I don't particularly mind, since the staff seems busy & they've been timely and kind to me with my other winning entries & skin/accent related things, but it's reassuring to know I'm not the only one who hasn't received anything yet haha

I haven't received my prizes yet but thank you for spelling my name right. The one time I had won a contest the prizes were went out very quickly so I was as confused as you were, but a friend of mine reportedly did not receive her prizes until several weeks after the festival ended. I had contacted Undel and one of the skins/accents mods for mispelling my name but have yet to hear back.

It's fairly normal as of late for them to be way behind on sending the contest prizes out - the first time I won, it's was almost immediate - but that was way back when.
They'll come eventually~ I think they're just backlogged.

@JohannaMason Thank you so much! Glad to set your mind at ease too, certainly helped me to know others are the same. I have no problem with waiting, just the initial question not being answered as to whether it was normal or not was throwing me off haha.

I thought I was the only one waiting! I haven't received any of the prizes from the contest either. I had emailed them nearly a week ago and still have got no response either. I figured they were busy so kept from posting in the forums. It is sort of a relief that I'm not the only one waiting, though! I thought they might've accidentally missed me or something haha
