I have collected more than enough of each of the pieces, and yet the achievement is not popping up and it's not counting it on the achievement page.

reinora achievements are currently bugged and can take quite a while to activate. Just keep them in your hoard so it will update as soon as possible

blackknightXIV yes. It can take several month or longer to trigger.
Keep in mind they
must be in your hoard. Putting them in the vault might reset the wait.
In the future, it is recommended to make a new thread if you have a question. Commenting or pinging people on older threads makes it likely for your question to be missed, or that the person you ping may have left the game.
