Hi, I've been having some issues with lag, especially whilst playing Jigsaw. It isn't a cache issue, or at least I don't think it is (I clear my cache semi-regularly). It mostly seems to occur when I have an Amazon.com ad saying 'always the best deals plus free shipping'. Is this occurring for anyone else?

Most ads - especially moving ones cause lag. Its the most common issue found across browsergames that use ads as a financial source. And it is usually especially a problem for users with slow pcs/devices and or a bad/slow/small internet connection.
The best course of action is getting an adblocker to fix any issues with ads once and for all.

I'm getting it to. It's deffo that Amazon ad. The lag is produced in Coli was enough to crash Chrome for me.

Hello @ValkyrieThorn! The proper place to report bad advertisements is right here (for future reference, this thread is stickied in the FR Discussion forum). There have been numerous reports of advertisements that are causing serious lag for players. But rest assured, the staff have contacted Flight Rising's ad host about this, and are looking to address the situation as soon as possible.
