TOPIC | Dragon Bio Deleted Randomly
[url=http://flightrising.com/main.php?dragon=16344191] [img]http://flightrising.com/rendern/350/163442/16344191_350.png[/img] [/url] I was on this dragon's page and went to bond with his familiar but when I clicked the heart the screen/scroll jumped around a bit and when I scrolled down to check it'd bonded, I noticed his entire bio was gone :( the edit button wasn't even on screen when I clicked so idk how it happened I've edited his bio since bc I had a minor/out of date back up but I've been told it's possible to have it restored. Is his old bio gone forever now I've updated?

@psyshock sometimes bonding with a familiar directly after changing a bio can result in loss of changes or the bio being deleted altogether.

I've heard you can contact staff to have a bio fixed. Include as much information as possible when reporting.

I've tried but I never get any email on the secondary account with the code to confirm it. I don't know if it's sending to the new account or my old, inaccessible, one, but switching so far has been impossible lol

@psyshock Oh, that sounds strange D: I would suggest using the contact form and seeing if staff can help you out. Having a working email attached to your account is important.

I know the staff absolutely do help if confirmation codes and whatnot aren't sent correctly. I'm sure they can do something to help :D

Hello there, @psyshock!

Firstly, if you have lost access to the email address that is registered with your Flight Rising account, you can still get in touch with the staff for help. Just submit a ticket through Contact Us with an email address that you have reliable access to and let them know what happened - they will ask you to prove your identity as the account owner. Once you've done so, they will change your FR email to the new one for you. :)

Once that's accomplished, you can then submit a ticket using the new email address and ask if they are able to restore your dragon's lost bio. Just let them know what happened, include the relevant dragon's ID number, and hopefully they will have a backup somewhere that they can apply to the bio!
