If I recall correctly from long ago, when this issue happened before it seemed to be a user ID related thing.
Therefore plase make sure to include your user ID (which can be found on your clan profile).
And just to be sure, your flight and browser as well!

Before loading up the site the Clan Energy was at 92%. After feeding dragons and switching to the Gather Items page it shows me only 10 available turns, not the usual 15. Blue bar was full before I fed dragons, so the bonus should still be available.

Same thing happened to me this morning. I had 10 gathering turns although my dragons are never below 84% and I topped them off to 100% yesterday afternoon.
