TOPIC | Missing Purchase
I recently attempted to purchase the crazy cat dragon bundle and it withdrew the gems, but when I went to my apparel in my hoard they weren't there. Now if I click between my hoard and the flight rising logo my account shows that the gems have been taken, and that they've never been spent.

Example: in my hoard my account shows 975 gems, in this forum right now my account shows 1650, as if I never purchased the cats. But if I attempt to go to the market place to purchase the cats again, my account shows 975 again (as if I purchased the cats).

Help please?

@bioloyg The bundles go in the other tab because they are like a chest. You have to open them before you can use them.

Bundles go in the Other tab of your hoard and need to be opened like a chest.

If the item is not there, please clear your browser's cache and cookies, then try again. If not then, double check on another browser and another device.

If THAT doesnt work, you'll need to send in a Contact Us ticket with the date and time of your purchase so the admins can check through their end what happened as no one on the forums will be able to help. Be sure to also include any steps you tried to do yourself.




Also, please try to avoid using a new post to ping like that as it is essentially a bump and is not permitted in Bugs. It bloats the thread and pushes other reports down. If you need to ping someone, you can always edit your first post to include the ping and it will work.

Since this most likely isnt a bug and in the event that it is, all methods of fixing it have been given, I'll go ahead and lock this thread.
