I have now used a scattersight vial ten times in a row- all times, I've gotten unusal eyes. Since uncommon is the one that was showing up 50% of the time prior to 18:00 FR time, I believe this is a bug. After 18:00 FR time, 100% of my scattersights gave me unusual.
Gotta say, I'm not chuffed about this.

Tried it on a different dragon and got another unusual. My preliminary observations suggest that unusual has a 25% chance of happening. To throw 11 unusuals in a row is less than a .0001% chance- it's actually about a .000024% chance. Considering that my hip has fallen out stepping off a curb when I didn't feel like using the curb cut, I ain't the lucky sort.
