Sorry -- this is due to a large number of people buying tickets at once! Since the feature just launched, I am hoping the occurrence of this error will reduce over time.
You may also try buying fewer tickets at once if this happens repeatedly. You can still buy more tickets later at any time, so if you are buying a large number, buying in chunks may help.
You should not have any treasure deducted in this case. Let us know if you see otherwise.
